Delete your AutoCV account

One account works in both apps (AutoCV and AutoCV Pro), so deleting it removes it from both.

In the app (instant)

• AutoCV: Profile → Delete account (at the bottom), then type DELETE to confirm.
• AutoCV Pro: open the menu (☰) → Delete account.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@autocv.com.ng from any address with the phone number on your account. We'll confirm it's you with a code sent to that number, then delete the account within 7 days.

What's deleted

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Your CVs, career profile, uploaded files and photos.
• Your chats, Auto Apply campaigns and history, saved jobs and notifications.
• Your businesses, with their listings and jobs.

What's kept, anonymised

• Requests you sent and applications you made stay in the provider's or employer's history, showing "Deleted user", without your address, answers, CV or files.
• Star ratings you gave stay (your written comment is removed).
• Payment records, for 6 years, because tax law requires it.
